TRIAL PREPERATION
We can have an investigator pick up a case file for review at our office or meet with your Trial Attorney for review to determine the necessary services needed to best prepare your case for trial.
We can prepare Subpoenas for service
(Have Subpoenas So-Ordered)
Secure any special equipment you may need at trial
Contact witnesses / experts schedule for testimony
(Escort them to court when needed)
Check Subpoenaed records at Courthouse to insure all records needed for trial are present in time for trial.
Requisition, research and copy any court documents
We can transport any documents, records, files, equipment, X-Rays, MRIs between offices, courthouse and experts for review and or use at trial.
We can videotape expert witness testimony for use at trial, and provide an investigator and necessary equipment at trial.
We understand that the services listed will sometimes need to be done with urgency which is why we will be on call for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week so that you can walk into the courtroom completely prepared.
